Highland Track at Clark County Relay

The Highland Track team competed at the Clark County Relays in Kahoka on April 5. The Highland girls team finished in fifth place on the girl’s side of the meet. The Highland boys team finished third with Kirksville finishing second and Monroe City finishing in first place.
The best finishes for the Highland girl’s side was a second place finish by the girls 4x100 Meter Relay team (Ansley Bringer, Summer Goings, Morgan Keith, and Ali Reed), a second place finish by the girls 4x200 Meter Relay team (Ansley Bringer, Summer Goings, Morgan Keith, and Ali Reed), and a second. place finish by Dallis Dare in the Discus.
Winners on the Highland boy’s side was a first place finish by the boys 4x100 Meter Relay team (Cameron Bringer, Robert Goehl, Brandon Holder, and Drew Mallett), a first place finish by Drew Mallett in the 200 Meter Dash, and a first place finish by Brandon Holder in the Pole Vault.
