BETHANY JOHNSON PRATHER

Bethany Jill Johnson Prather, 49, of Meza, Arizona, died February 11, 2020 at Hospice of the Valley, Tempe, Arizona.

She was born February 16, 1970 at Quincy, Ill, a daughter of Floyd and Norma Johnson. She was a 1988 graduate of Mesa High School and graduated from Mesa School of Cosmetology. She was a self-employed beautician for over 30 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed helping the needy and rescuing dogs.

Survivors include one son, Skylar Prather, a grandson, Maxwell Prather and a granddaughter, Ayvalynn Prather, her mother Norma Barrows, three sisters, Michelle Orf, Tracie (Paul) Murfin, and Dennese (Chris) Goodwin, four nephews, Jerad Orf, Lucas Orf, Trenton Murfin, and Aaron Jones, and one niece Leah Murfin.

She was preceded in death by her father Floyd and her grandparents Mattie and Rhea Johnson and Clyde and Bell Oldham.

Memorial services were held in Mesa Arizona on February 16, 2020.

Burial has in Forest Grove Cemetery, Canton, Mo.
