NECAC Recognizes Board Members

North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) President and Chief Executive Officer Don Patrick, right, and Chairman of the Board Mike Bridgins, left, recently presented certificates of recognition to Paul Kinney, second from left, and Phil Darnell, both of Canton, for their service on the not-for-profit agency’s 36-member volunteer board of directors.
The presentations were made at the November board meeting. Not pictured is NECAC Lewis County Board Member Travis Fleer of Lewistown. Headquartered in Bowling Green, NECAC is a 12-county area social service, community health and public housing agency that serves the low-income, elderly, youth, disabled and disadvantaged with more than 60 self-sufficiency programs.  The NECAC Lewis County Service Center is at 408 S.
