Highland Basketball vs Van Far at Moberly Mo

Highland played Van Far at the MACC Shootout in Moberly, MO on Dec. 29. The Cougars were up by 4 at the end of the first quarter and up by five points at halftime. The Cougars went on to win 51-41. Drew Mallett scored 22 points and Cameron Bringer added 18. Highland hosts the 50th Annual Highland Tournament Jan. 3 through Jan. 8. Canton boys and girls varsity teams will also play in the tourney. Championship games are scheduled for Saturday with the girls game at 4 p.m. and the boys game to begin at 6 p.m.
