Highland Basketball vs South Shelby

Highland defeated South Shelby in their last home game of the season 83-67 on Feb. 15. Alex Meyer scored 26 points. Drew Mallett added 21 and Robert Goehl 19 points. Highland played their last regular season game at Palmyra on Saturday, February 19. The Cougars were losing 23-26 at the half. The game was tied at 36 at the end of the third quarter. Highland scored 25 points in the fourth quarter to win 61-50. The Cougars finished the regular season with a record of 17-9. District play starts on Tuesday, February 22 against Clark County. Highland girls were defeated by South Shelby 51-26.

The Lady Cougars began district play at Monroe City with a win in the first round over Clark County 40-31. Ansley Bringer had 21 points.
