Guest Artist Suzanne McGee

The Canton Public Library welcomes local artist, Suzanne McGee, as Guest Artist for the month of April. All are invited to meet Suzanne at an opening reception on Thursday, April 7 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Canton Public Library. The event is hosted by the Canton Fine Arts Council. Refreshments will be served.
Suzanne works on both paper and canvas to create vibrant, colorful abstracts often featuring animals, plants and other natural elements. Also on display will be delightfully painted tin cans. A resident of La Grange for 15 years, she has been most prolific in the past 5 years. Suzanne says being an artist gives her a sense of joy and satisfaction, and allows her to give her imagination free rein.

Suzanne’s artwork will be on display at the library throughout the month of April.
