Canton FFA Greenhouse

The Canton High School Greenhouse class has been hard at work. Their Annual Spring Plant Sale will begin Wednesday, April 27. Members of the class include Nicholas White, Tashya Orange, Chynna Scott, Aubrey Bliss, Makenna Raleigh, Emilee Gorrell, Keaton Boltz, and Aydin Morlang.

All proceeds from the sale of the bedding plants and vegetables help support future greenhouse projects and learning experiences. Plant sale dates: Wednesday, April 27, Tuesday, May 3, Thursday, May 5, Saturday, May 7, Tuesday, May 10, Thursday, May 12, and Tuesday, May 17.

The plants grown this year include tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, herbs, and broccoli. Bedding plants include Ageratum, Angelonia, Bacopa, Begonia, Calibrachoa, Calendula, Coleus, Dianthus, Dorotheanthus, Dusty Miller, Erysimum, Fuchsia, Gazania, Geranium, Gerbera Daisy, Globe Amaranth, Impatiens, Isotoma, Geranium, Lamium, Lantana, Melampodium, Osteospermum, Pentas, Petunia, Portulaca, Salvia, Snapdragons, Spike, Spanish Needles, Sun Impatiens, Sweet Potato Vine, Verbena, Vinca Vine, Zinnias.
