Robert (Bob) F. Lillard, 83, of rural Durham, Mo., died at his home on Thursday, November 24, 2022.

He was born October 2, 1939 near Benjamin, Mo., a son of Joseph William and Martha McCutchan Walker Lillard. He married Margaret Louise Hoehne on June 18, 1967 in Palmyra, Mo. She passed away on October 8, 1996. Bob later married Doris Mae Calvert on July 29, 2007. She passed away on December 5, 2021.

Bob was a member of the Durham Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. Earlier in life he served in the National Guard from 1957 until 1965. Bob was a lifelong farmer and meat cutter working 40 years at Niemann Foods in Quincy.
Survivors include his daughter, Deanna (Scott) Dehner of Lewistown, Mo., two sons, Carl (Kelly) Lillard of Palmyra, Mo., and Joe (Lindsey) of Petal, Miss.; three step children, Thalia Gander of Shelbyville, Mo., Teresa (Danny) Bevill of Bethel, Mo., Glendel (Lori) Calvert of Kirksville, Mo.; eight grandchildren, Jonathan (Raven) Dehner, Emily Dehner, Audra Dehner, Allie Lillard, Logan Lillard, Ava Lillard, Mason Lillard and Madison Lillard; ten step grandchildren, Brittney (Matt) Kahrs, Lindsey Gander, Justin (Stacie) Bevill, Jaime (Amy) Bevill, Amber Calvert, Mandy Calvert, Cassie Wood, MicKayla Calvert, Tricia Calvert and Darrah Kasicki; ten step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his step mother Pat Lillard, his wife Margaret, his wife Doris, son William (Bill) Lillard, sister Norma Jean Muehring, brother in law Merle Muehring, sister in law and brother in law Reba and Darrell Hoehne.

Funeral services were held November 28, 2022. at the Durham Baptist Church in Durham, Mo., with Pastor Patrick Wilson officiating. Music: Ronnie Puls, vocalist and Evelyn Scifres, accompanist. Pallbearers: Phillip Muehring, Lee Muehring, Jonathan Dehner, Mike Puls, Justin Bevill and Jaime Bevill. Honorary Pallbearers: Kenny Gillespie, Larry Wiseman, Kevin Broeker, Vernon O’Brien, Danny Abell, David Goings and Bill Goings.

Visitation was held, November 27, 2022 at the Durham Baptist Church.

Burial was in Providence Cemetery near Williamstown, Mo.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Durham Baptist Church in care of Ball-Davis Funeral Home in Ewing, Mo.
