Garden Club Public Program

The LaGrange Garden Club will host a public informational meeting on March 9, at the LaGrange City hall meeting room at 6:30 p.m. John Pinkowski and Reese Worthington of the Missouri Department of Conservation will present the public program on Species of Conservation Concern in Lewis County.

A species of conservation concern (SCC) is a plant or animal for which we have concerns about its ability to remain on a landscape for a long time. The program will discuss native plants and animals. There will also be a short program to discuss butterflies and their habitat.

The program will be approximately 45 minutes and refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome.
