Madi’s Kindness Projects

November 01, 2023

The Canton Public Library welcomes everyone to an evening of Christmas Card Creation and Holiday Cheer with the non-profit organization Madi’s Kindness Projects. The event takes place on Friday, November 10 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM. Christmas cards created at the event will be distributed to local nursing home residents.

Madi’s Kindness Projects was founded in 2018 by Madi, a young lady from Hannibal, MO. Madi started her organization as a way to honor a beloved dog who passed away. Her first Kindness Project raised over $1000 in food, supplies, and monetary donations for the local humane society.

Madi also raises money for local food pantries and sells homemade earrings and other items to fund the creation of Christmas cards for nursing home residents.

Bring your family and friends to this fun, free, arts and crafts event that will help brighten up the holiday season for local nursing home residents. Madi and her crew provide all materials needed for this event.

This event is open to the public and is suitable for all ages. Refreshments will be provided.
