THOMAS HARVEY

June 25, 2024

Thomas “Tommy” Paul Harvey, 25, of LaBelle, MO died June 14, 2024. Tommy was a 2018 graduate of Highland High School and was a member of the LaBelle Masonic Lodge.

Tommy’s true love was being outside doing farmwork, where he was the happiest. He was a loving uncle, brother and son. He had a huge heart for his family and for God. In his early years, Tom shared a love of baseball, both local and traveling, as well as helping on the farm. As he grew up, so did his love for the farm and the farm life. Tom was enthusiastic about his future plans at the farm and would often be found working on his farm equipment, tinkering on his various projects, or driving his tractor.

Tommy was always willing to do anything asked of him often completing chores without being asked. He had an infectious laugh and a sense of humor that made all those around him laugh. He would lend a hand to anyone who needed help and would take time to talk with others to learn about history or to just visit. He had the ability to talk to anyone and never met a stranger who he couldn’t strike up a conversation with. He loved his dogs Beau & Sadie. He had a great love for the nature that surrounded him at the farm. He saw and appreciated the beauty that was in nature.

He is preceded in death by both his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Norma Harvey of LaBelle, MO; maternal grandparents Paul and Kate Seals of Loraine, IL; an uncle, Clark Harvey of Hannibal, MO; and two cousins.

Surviving family members include his parents, Paul & Rachel Harvey of LaBelle, MO; Emily Harvey of Paris, MO; Katie (Carson) Emery of Manchester, MO; Olivia Harvey of LaBelle, MO; and a niece Tatum Harvey. He also has many surviving aunts, uncles and cousins.
