Library Book Speed Dating

Looking for a fun, new way to find a good book to read? Come to Book Speed Dating at Canton Public Library on Tuesday, January 28 from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.
“It’s just like regular speed dating,” says Library Director, Mary Kay Lane, “but with books, and no hurt feelings.” Participants will choose a book from a wide variety, pre-selected and organized by genre, and spend a few minutes getting to know the book. When the timer sounds, participants will move on to a new selection of books, either taking their choice with them, or leaving it for someone else to pick up. By the end of the evening,it is hoped that readers will find a perfect match.
This event is for adults, and all are welcome. To take the book of their dreams home, participants must have a valid Canton Public Library Card.
