Junior Firefighter Award

The R4 Fire Department presented Kyson Austin with a Junior Firefighter award for his actions Wednesday night when his house was filled with smoke and fire. He kept a cool head woke up his parents and lead his sisters to safety. Everyone got out of the house safely due to his brave action. The fire happened in the early morning hours, Thursday, Jan 22, 2025. The LaGrange Fire Department assisted the R-4 Fire Department.
