Frazier Honored

Michelle Frazier was recognized for her 15 years of service as a Board member at the Canton R-V Board of Education meeting on March 10.
Mrs. Frazier was first elected to the school board in 2010 and quickly became known for her thoughtful approach to decision-making and her ability to bring diverse perspectives to the table. Whether addressing budget concerns, advocating for increased student resources, or supporting local educational programs, she was always passionate about providing quality education for all. “Michelle has been a tireless advocate for our students, faculty and staff, and families,” said Superintendent Jesse Uhlmeyer. “Her leadership has left an indelible mark on our district, and we are grateful for her dedication to public education and unwavering commitment to our community.”
Five candidates are running for two available school board seats in the April 8, 2025, election.
