Norman Eugene Briscoe 91, of Williamstown, Mo., died May 29, 2025 at the Clark County Nursing Home in Kahoka, Missouri.
Funeral services and Masonic Rites: June 2, 2025 at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri. Burial with Military Honors by Otto Bruner Post #170 will be in the Providence Cemetery near Williamstown, Missouri.
Memorials: Providence Baptist Church, Providence Cemetery or the Clark County Nursing Home.
