Ruby Maxine Hough, 98, of Kahoka, Mo., died February 19, 2026, at the Clark County Nursing Home, in Kahoka.
Graveside services were held February 23, 2026, at the Keokuk National Cemetery, Keokuk, Iowa. Granddaughter Pastor Kim McNamar officiating.
