DONNA JEAN MILLER

Donna Jean Miller, 73, LaBelle Mo., died December 8, 2017 at Country Aire Estate at Lewistown, Mo.

She was born May 15, 1944 at Ewing, Mo., a daughter of George Marshall and Clara Elaine Stokley Turner.

Jean was a member of Ewing Baptist Church at Ewing. She worked at the LaBelle Manor Nursing Home for 30 years as an LPN. She cooked at the LaBelle Senior Center for one year. She loved to crochet and spend time with her family.

Surviving are two sons, Larry D. (Tami) Miller, Ewing and Thomas Marshall (Mary Margaret) Miller, Coatsburg, Il; daughter, Deborah Ann Sharpe and significant other Russ Franke, Des Moines, Iowa; sister, Rosemary Ann (Dean) Guymon, Mulberry Grove, IL; 10 grandchildren, Stephanie Keim, Robert Walter, Tiffanie May, Jeri Beth Jett, Donna Sue Sharpe, Ben Miller, Gerald Miller, Luke Miller, Sophia Miller and Xavier Miller; 13 great grandchildren; three nieces and four great nephews and two great nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Lisa Diane Walter, grandson David Klocke and baby sister Georgana Elaine Turner.

Visitation will be held Dec. 14, 2017 from 4 until 7 p.m. at the Ball-Davis Funeral Home in Ewing.

Funeral services will be held Friday. Dec. 15, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Ewing First Baptist Church with Rev. Ted D. Middleton officiating.

Music: Linda Robertson, pianist; vocalists, Dan Griesbaum and Evelyn Scifres.

Pallbearers: Alan Toliver, Simon Thrower, Bob Wallace, Ernie Wallace, Robert Walter, Riley Keim. Honorary Pallbearers: Rob Robertson, Ben Miller, Gerald Miller, Luke Miller, Troy Baker, John Jett and James Taylor.

Burial will be in Ewing Memorial Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial be made to Country Aire Retirement Estates, Hospice of Northeast Missouri or LaBelle Senior Center.
