EVELYN CLARK

M. Evelyn Gofourth Clark, 90 of Lewistown, Missouri, died November 2, 2023 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.               

She was born April 7, 1933 in Paoli, Indiana to Robert and Faye Kendall Gofourth.

She was united in marriage to Harold Clark on August 10, 1952 in Frenchlick, Indiana.  He preceded her in death on July 24, 2010.  

Evelyn worked as a CNA then Medication Technician for Sunset Home in Quincy before joining La Belle Manor Care Center in La Belle, Mo., for 30 years.  She was a volunteer EMT for Lewis County Ambulance District for a number of years.   

She is survived by three daughters, Roselie See of Rutledge, Mo., Gayle (Carl) Randle of Lewistown, Mo.,  and Martha (Shane) Bogguss of Lewistown, Mo.; eleven grandchildren, Jennalie (David) Blackwood, Lauralie Bradshaw, Aaron Bradshaw, Larry (Michelle) Randle, Christina Holder, Evelyn (Tyler) Hendricks, Christopher Bogguss, Bethany Bogguss, Trenton Bogguss, Jon Bradshaw and Katrina Bradshaw; thirteen great-grandchildren, Andrew and Cole Blackwood, Dillon (Jessica) Smith, Christopher, Ethan and Levi Randle, Lucas and Elijah Cunningham, Alexis Bradshaw, Brandon and Shawn Holder, Emma Brashaw, Charlotte Hendricks; three sisters, Mary Slane of Westerville Ohio, Peggy Patton of  Carson City, Nevada and Barb Stuhmuller of Gahanna, Ohio.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Mark Bradshaw, son-in-law, Mike See, two brothers, Earl and George Gofourth and a sister, Helen Roth.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lewistown Cemetery in Lewistown, Missouri with Rev. Delbert Earlywine officiating.

Grandson Pallbearers: Larry Randle, Aaron Bradshaw, Jon Bradshaw, Christopher Bogguss, Trenton Bogguss, Tyler Hendricks and David Blackwood.
