RODNEY WEBSTER

Rodney Lee Webster, 67 of Lewistown, Missouri, died July 4, 2023 at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois.

The son of Roderick and Margie Walker Webster was born on June 9, 1956 at Hannibal, Missouri.

Rodney was a member of the First Baptist Church of LaBelle.  He loved his church and God. He served as a volunteer firefighter on the Western Lewis County Fire Protection District since 2007. He operated Webster Salvage Yard and was a janitor since 2015 at Highland High School.  He enjoyed fishing and working on his old cars.

He is survived by his mother, Margie Webster of Lewistown, Mo.; two daughters, Sandy (Jason) Tilinski and Amber (Chris) Hackmann both of Kirksville, Mo.; grandchildren, Annalynn Coy, Dallas Tilinski, Khloe Hackmann and Thomas Hackmann; siblings, Rosetta (Larry) Springer of Lubbock, Tex., Bruce (Georgia) Webster of Mesa, Ariz., Violet (Roger) Price of Easton, Mo., Iris Schultz of Quincy, Ill., and Holly (Dan) Dehner of New London, Mo.; and several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and a granddaughter, Regan Webster.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of LaBelle, Missouri with Rev. James Renot officiating.
